The Cheltenham Festival provides a wide variety of hospitality packages which will suit all budgets and requirements. There is a wide range of options for you to consider when planning to entertain at the Cheltenham Festival. Hospitality tables can be booked in the Panoramic Restaurant, the Gold Cup Restaurant or Foxhunter Restaurant; Executive Boxes can be let for the day or the entire racing festival and there are restaurants, chalets and boxes in the Tented Village and opposite the finishing straight.
Non Viewing Restaurant
Over many years, the Non Viewing Restaurnt at the Cheltenham Festival have become one of the most popular choices for visitors wishing to
reserve a table for the day with easy access to the racing and all the activities in the Tented Village and Paddock.
The price includes a club badge, racecard, morning coffee, champagne reception, 4-course luncheon, wines with the meal, afternoon tea and a complimentary bar throughout the day. Guest enjoy all of their hospitality from the privacy of their own private chalet and watch the racing live from the Grandstand.
Tables can be booked for any size of party.Cheltenham Festival Hospitality - Balcony Boxes
Located alongside the finishing straight, these elegantly furnished Executive Boxes provide everything you need for a formal or informal meeting and watching the racing. The Cheltenham Balcony Boxes provide a wonderful view of all the action, easy access to the paddock and betting ring, a Tote in the corridor and pleasant surroundings for your guests to enjoy. Each Balcony Box accommodates a maximum of 40 people for a seated luncheon or 48 to a standing buffet.
Cheltenham Festival Hospitality - Chalets
Situated in the horseshoe of the Tented Village, close to the Paddock, Cheltenham Festival Hospitality Chalets measure 20' x 15' and provide an ideal base for the private entertainment of guests. Each chalet accommodates 24 for a seated luncheon or 32 for a conventional standing buffet. Chalets offer outstanding value, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday with double or treble units available if required.
